We let the food talk for itself – just like we do in Italy.
It is our mission to share new flavors and food experiences with our food-loving guests. We love to talk about the different regional styles and enlightening our guests all about Italy’s diverse cuisine.

PUBLIC is La Fattoria vol. 2 / Startet in 2014 as a street food concept. With or new restaurant PUBLIC at Halmtorvet 36, we would like to carry the same happy and informal spirit from our past. Just like in the beginning, we are hand picking and importing cheeses, salumi & hams from Italy. The new place have given us the option to develop our concept further. We are now receiving wines and vegetables from Italy as well, and offer a wide selection of carefully chosen wines and Italian cocktails.
